My experience in Scouts.

The mission of Scouting is to contribute to the education of young people,to help build a better world , In scouts exist a lot camps but the most important is the jamboree,The World Scout Jamboree is the largest experience for a Scout between 14 and 17 years old. It is organized by different country every four years.  Scouts will be living in tents and cooking on an open fire. Outdoor activities and recreation will also be important parts of this event. Key theme components of the event are nature, meetings and solidarity.

While the event promotes the simple way of life, which scouting is, There will also be shops, medical centers and a spiritual area with a church. In addition, there will be lookout towers up in the treetops.

For many international participants the nature experiences, that will be offered at the Jamboree, will be something new and exotic. But the camp is not only about nature and activities. An important part of the experience is to get a greater understanding of other cultures and other ways of life.

The attendees come to meet new friends, get to know each other’s cultures and participate in the camp’s many activities . Participants will also introduce their cultures in a special cultural festival. Many of the activities are creative, and allow participants to think and reflect on how the world works.

During the camp, and in all parts of scouting, we all work in patrol. We are always put into new patrols and therefore new challenges. Take the chance to develop your knowledge about how you function in a group and how groups generally are working. Improve your leadership skills and get to know different styles of leadership and how to collaborate with them. 

In my opinion I love the outdoors and camping they bring joy and happiness to my life . Its a place that I can have fun and to the things I like to do also it teaches us how to survive in the wildness. you also met new people . I love the fresh smell of trees when I wake up in the morning just the peace around there . One other thing I like is all the activities we do there like camp fires , rock climing , rafting and learing of other cultures.

My experience..

The worst choice I have made

The worst choice I made was one day I messed everything up with my partner .when I didn't tell him that I went out to a friends house which he really hates and doesn't like him at all . I said that I went home after school and went straight home , when really I didn't I got a call from a friend to go over to his house to go drink instend of going to spend time with my partner .This is the worst experience and choice becasue thanks to that choice that I made I lost the person that means the world to me that I love to death because I didn't come out clean and tell them that I went .The experience of you losing that person that has not done nothing bad to you , but just to love you and what to you do in return you lie and don't tell them the truth you put in risk your relationship and don't even think about them or the actions it will have on your relationship . Everyday I wish Icould go back in time to fix what I did just to have that person back in my life.

Things I did wrong

1. I didn't think what my actions could cost me.
2. I didn't think how it could make my partner feel.
3. I lied.
4. I didn't go home like I said I did.
5. Last I lost the person that means the world to me and my relationship.

Lesson learned: Think things out first before acting.
